Paper penholder and quilling doctor figurine - Portapenne di carta e statuina al quilling

This time I show you a paper penholder + a doctor figurine made with the quilling technique.

It's a gift I was commissioned to make for a doctor's birthday.

I think this is a great gift idea for many different occasions, you have only to change the quilled figurine.

Questa volta vi mostro un regalo che mi è stato richiesto per il compleanno di un dottore.

Si tratta di una statuina fatta al quilling incollata accanto ad un portapenne di carta.

Questo tipo di idea regalo è sicuramente l'idea giusta per tante occasioni, basta solo cambiare la figurina al quilling.

Quilled birthday gift idea - Idea regalo per compleanno realizzata al quilling

I was asked of creating a monk plus a pen holder for a birthday.

I used the quilling technique to create the monk, while I used a piece of cardstock for the pen holder.

I think that this idea can be suitable for many other birthdays gifts, clearly creating a different character, but I love the idea of the pen holder and the fact that this can be a gift for all and for many occasions.

I will try new characters and I will post the finished projects.

Mi è stato richiesto di creare un regalo per un compleanno: un monaco e un portapenne, tutti di carta.

Ho quindi utilizzato la tecnica del quilling a 3D per creare il monaco, mentre per realizzare il portapenne ho usato un semplice rettangolo di cartoncino.

Secondo me questa è una grande idea per compleanni e altre occasioni, chiaramente cambiando il pupazzino con altri personaggi, ma la cosa che mi piace molto è proprio il portapenne: così infatti diventa un regalo davvero unico e particolare.

Proverò sicuramente a creare altri personaggi per altre occasioni e posterò qui le prossime idee.

Wedding cake topper: bride, groom and Vespa! - Topper per torta matrimonio: sposi e Vespa!

I was asked of creating a wedding cake topper for a bride and a groom who love going around on their Vespa.

So I made them using the quilling technique and I think that the end result is stunning.

The newlywed were so happy and me too for them and now I'm waiting for the photos of the cake.

Quilling is one of my preferred technique :-)

Mi è stato chiesto di creare un topper per una torta di matrimonio, per 2 sposi che amano andare in giro in Vespa.

Così li ho creati usando la tecnica del quilling a 3D e penso che il risultato parli da solo.

I due sposi erano davvero meravigliati e felice e questo mi ha resa davvero contenta.

Ora aspetto di vedere le foto della torta con il topper.

Decisamente il quilling è una delle mie tecniche preferite :-)

Window shop display with my creations - Vetrina con mie creazioni di carta

I was asked of creating some paper creations for a shop here in Bologna.

The shop is a bakery, a patisserie and a tea shop together.

So I created a paper apron, a paper teapot, a paper cake and a paper "patisserie shop".

Mi è stato chiesto di creare delle creazioni di carta per un negozio qui a Bologna.

Il negozio è una bakery, ovvero un locale che vende dolci, panini particolari ed anche una sala da tè.

Così ho creato un grembiule di carta, una torta di carta, una teiera di carta e un "un biglietto negozio" con i dolci.

Potete vedere il risultato nelle foto e vedete anche me, riflessa, che sto scattando le foto :-)
