Rocking greeting cards for Valentine's day - Biglietti dondolini per S. Valentino

I've created some different rocking cards fro Valentine's day.

I can't say which one I prefer because I think they are so lovely :-)...

Pop up card for Valentine's day - Biglietto pop up per San Valentino

I created a new Valentine's day card, a pop up one.

I put in the middle an image of 2 lovers and I used some music sheets papers.

Then I punched out many red paper hearts and glued them around the card.

To finish the greeting card I glued a large red heart for writing a personal message.

Ho creato un nuovo biglietto di San Valentino, un biglietto pop up.

Ho incollato al centro del biglietto una immagine di innamorati e ho utilizzato dappertutto alcuni fogli di veri spartiti musicali.

Poi con le perforatrici ho ritagliato un sacco di cuori che ho incollato in giro per il biglietto.

Infine ho incollato un grande cuore rosso così da poter scrivere un messaggio.

Spero che il biglietto vi piaccia.

Pop up card for Valentine's day - Biglietto Pop up per San Valentino

I created a new greeting card for Valentine's day.

It is based on the subject of one of my exploding boxes, the one with the bench that I've published last year and that you can see at the following link:

So, with a piece of brown paper, I created the bench.

Then I cut a lots of hearts of different dimensions.

With my cutting machine, I cut the Tour Eiffel and the Cupido image.

I think that the card is so lovely!! :-)

Ho creato un nuovo biglietto per San Valentino.

Il biglietto richiama l'idea della panchina che ho utilizzato l'anno scorso per creare una delle mie exploding box e che ho pubblicato qui sul blog.

Così, con un pezzo di carta marrone, ho creato la panchina.

Poi ho ritagliato un sacco di cuori rossi, di diverse dimensioni.

Con la macchina che taglia la carta ho ritagliato la Torre Eiffel e una piccola immagine di Cupido.

Penso che il biglietto sia venuto davvero carino! :-)

Love card with lots of paper hearts - Biglietto amore con tanti cuori di carta

I've created a new rocking card :-)...this time for an anniversary.

With a piece of mulberry paper, I've created a little blue pocket/envelope and then I've glued a lots of paper hearts that come out from it.

I think that the finished card is so gorgeous!

Ho creato un nuovo biglietto dondolino :-)...questa volta per un anniversario.

Ho creato una piccola tasca/busta usando un pezzo di carta di gelso e poi ho incollato un sacco di cuori di carta che escono da essa.

Secondo me questo biglietto è davvero molto carino!

Exploding box for a birthday - Exploding box per un compleanno

In this post I show you a commissioned exploding box that I had to create for a lady, for her birthday.

So I created one of my typical exploding box, the one with paper roses.

I created a lot of pink paper roses and I've glued them in the centre of the box.

I added a butterfly and finished the sides with little paper hearts.

In questo post vi mostro una exploding box che mi è stata commissionata per il compleanno di una signora.

Così ho creato una delle mie exploding box più caratteristiche, quella con le rose di carta.

Ho creato numerose rose di carta, le ho incollate ad una base e poi le ho posizionate al centro della scatolina.

Ho aggiunto una farfalla e ho incollato dei piccoli cuori ai bordi dei vari lati.

Che cosa ne pensate? Vi piace? :-)

Altered frame with 3D paper hearts - Cornice modificata con cuori di carta tridimensionali

I had to create the frame that you can see in the photos.

I was asked of creating this frame with pale blue and green papers.

So I used the green paper as background, while I used the pale blue papers to create the 9 hearts.

To create the 3D effect, I cut 18 hearts, folded in half 9 hearts and then I've glued them to the others.

Finally I glued the 9 double hearts to the background.

Voilà, the frame is ready.

Ho dovuto creare una cornice come vedete nelle foto.

Mi è stato chiesto di utilizzare delle carte verdi e azzurre.

Così ho utilizzato la carta verde come sfondo e ho creato i 9 cuori in azzurro.

Per creare l'effeto 3D dei cuori, ho ritagliato 18 cuori; ho piegato a metà 9 cuori e li ho incollati sopra ai 9 cuori rimanenti.

Infine ho incollato tutto allo sfondo.

La cornice è pronta.
