Paper icream lolly: easy and funny decor for Summer

Hi, I've just posted a new tutorial on how to create a funny paper creation for this Summer: a paper ice cream lolly!

I will use my ice cream lolly as a bookmark, but you can use them as a home decor, you can create many of them and punch a hole on top and pass throgh the hole a twine and create a bounting or you can write the name of your guests on the stick and use them as a welcome during a Summer party.

Greeting card and gift idea with paper cake Biglietto di auguri e idea regalo con torta di carta

In this post I show you a simple and cute greeting card and gift idea for a birthday, with a paper cake.

The cake is in white and red and on the sides of the box I glued some paper pieces related to this season, Summer, with strawberries and butterflies.

This will be a great gift idea for a birthday! and you can change the colours of the cake and all the other elements to create your customized exploding box!

Beach in a box, gift idea for a sea lover - La spiaggia in scatola, idea regalo

This is an exploding box I made for a person who loves the sea.

I created the umbrella using a toothpick plus some paper and with the felt I created the beach towel.

I think that the result is funny and quite relaxing! It seems to be at the seaside!

Questa che vedete nelle foto è un scatolina che ho creato per una persona che ama il mare.

Ho creato l'ombrellone utilizzando uno stuzzicadenti e della carta, poi con il feltro ho creato il telo da spiaggia.

Secondo me il risultato è davvero divertente e rilassante! sembra proprio di essere in spiaggia! :-)

Doll charm for Summer - Ciondolo a forma di bambolina per l'estate

I had this idea in mind, of creating a paper doll as a charm.

So I used the quilling technique and voilà, the charm is born!

Pop up card made with Nitwit Collections paper - Biglietto pop up creato con la carta di Nitwit Collections

Yesterday I created a new pop up greeting card for Nitwit Collections.

I used the new super amazing digi kit "Sun kissed collections".

Because of the fact that here, in Italy, we have a so hot weather...I dreamed of being at the sea and created a beach scene.

The result is stunning! But because the digi kits of Nitwit Collections are so stunning! :-)

Ieri ho creato un nuovo biglietto pop up per Nitwit Collections.

Ho usato il nuovo bellissimo digi kit "Sun kissed collections".

Poichè qui a Bologna ieri (e anche oggi...) il caldo era esagerato...ho sognato di essere al mare e ho creato una bellissima scena balneare.

Il risultato è davvero bellissimo! Me lo dico da sola! :-) ma i kit digitali di Nitwit Collections sono davvero splendidi!

My paper creations for an exhibition - Le mie creazioni di carta per una mostra

I'm taking part, here in Bologna where I live, to an exhibition.

The theme of this exhibition is "Summer" and I created 4 exploding box, each related to the Summer season.

So there is one exploding box with a deck chair; another exploding box with an origami paper boat; an exploding box with flowers, butterflies and the little bicycle; another one with the umbrella and the beach.

In the following pictures you can have a look to my creations.

Sto partecipando ad una mostra, qui a Bologna, dove vivo.

Il tema della mostra è l'estate e così ho creato 4 diverse explodign box relative al mare:

una exploding box con la sdraio; una exploding box con i fiori, le farfalle e la bicicletta; una exploding box con l'ombrellone e la spiaggia; una exploding box con una piccola barca fatta all'origami.

Paper flowers necklace - Collana con fiori di carta

Ever wondered what you can do with paper flowers?

Here is an idea: a paper flowers necklace! :-)

I cut 3 paper flowers from a piece of pink cardstock.

Then I convered each one of them with Mod Podge Dimensional Magic.

To finish, I glued in the middle a silver glitter bead.

Vi siete mai chiesti cosa potete fare con i fiori di carta?

Ecco un'idea: una collana con i fiori di carta! :-)

Ho ritagliato 3 fiori di carta da un pezzo di carta color rosa intenso.

Poi ho ricoperto ogni fiore con Mod Podge Dimensional Magic.

Per finire, ho incollato al centro di ogni fiore una perlina in argento che prima ho glitterato con del

glitter.
